Edit! Due to experiences so far, I feel I should make this addition:
Doing a female-fronted project is still on the table, but NO people with children/bigtime responsibilities please. Don't need my time to be wasted. If I want to do original music as a hobby I can do it without any help. And I'm not just picking on the girls, I am open to male vocalists as well but if you have wife/children/can't pursue music don't waste my time. Not necessarily saying NO married people but that usually translates into problems.
I've found in my 20 years or so of musical experiences, you either do music or you do the normal/married/kids/average Joe/Jane lifestyle. VERY few are able to pull both off. And I'm talking about SERIOUS music activities(recording/touring), not weekend warrior stuff. Now on to the main description!
**We are a group of highly experienced musicians that share a love for power and symphonic metal, I.E. Nightwish, Kamelot, Within Temptation, Sonata Arctica, Etc., but I want to add a heavier/darker twist as well!***
