Experience with performing live hip-hop shows on drum set. Started early off playing saxophone in grade school, then progressed both sax and drums in middle school. In high school, was still playing saxophone for band, and additionally, apart of an alternative-funk (alterna-funk) band. We performed in multiple states and won multiple battle of the bands. After high school, I began drumming for local hip-hop groups. During this time, our biggest headliner we opened for was Talib Kweli, Brooklyn NY native. I absolutely love to mesh with other players, and love to jam. I seek joy experimenting with the bands chemistry to see what meshes where and when. Let’s jam!!
