I'm at my best improvising at the piano and my goal is to collaborate with other composers to create original pieces to record; playing out could also be on the table. The goal is to create/record 6-10 songs. Our style will be a mixture of jazz, latin, prog rock, neo-classical. Ideally, bandmates will be committed and act with kindness and professionalism – a healthy sense of confidence but w/o the ego. Being on-time; consistent practice schedule both together and apart. Familiarity with jazz, latin, rock, classical highly weighted. Each member will have compositions to contribute and can chart out their songs, themes or motifs in some kind of written form. Each of us will trade leadership roles depending on what we're working on and all will contribute ideas to crafting the songs. We'll practice what we've solidified on our own so when we're together we can polish existing songs and move on to create new songs rather than spending time learning/re-learning the songs. Each musician is adept in a few styles and is willing to take time on their own to learn new styles as fits the current song being worked on.
