I'm a casual musician with about six years of experience on guitar and many years of experience singing and with other instruments (mostly woodwinds). I'm looking to find people to play with who know how to read sheet music and ideally can both sing and play an instrument. I'd like to play rock/folk/alternative music with plenty of vocal harmony, perhaps even dabbling in a cappella. I also am interested in music with a pair of singers, one male and one female, taking turns or singing together (for instance, like this song: ://listen.grooveshark/s/Your+Ex+Lover+Is+Dead/saiEk?src=5). I'm hoping to form a band that's casual but committed to making good music, aiming to eventually play live gigs.
