my name is Anthony Powell i play the drums i have been playing since approx 2000 just messing around i have played regularly in churchs since 03 had a break from 05 to 2010 then got back behind my drums i mainly play christian rock, americana, red dirt, texas country, and straight up country my style uses alot of cymbals i love to crash when possible and use alot of my ride and switching from ride to hat is coming to be one of my favorite patterns and everyone that has heard me do it loves it use my cymbals bells alot during just vocal parts of songs to make the voices pop more and always close with double bass and cymbals and a long fill and snare and crashing thats about what my playing style summed up to the best i can do behind a computer screen i dont normally use a click to play i do it all by ear but i am starting to use the click now so i can better my drumming you can contact me at (817) 296-6899 or email me dirt_tracker_9

all zildjian cymbals (14" hats 20" ride, 18" crash, 16" crash, 16" A custom fast crash, 16" china (not zildjian) have 2 sets one is a custom made set i made has a 22" kick, 12" 13" 16" toms and 14" steel snare all with evan g2 coated heads second set in a mapex pro-m series all maple set 22" kick 10" 12" 14" toms 14" maple snare all heads are g2 coated besides snare and it is a evan genera g1 coated
