I've been singing every day since 8th grade and started in bands when I was 23 and have been active in bands ever since. Had a good run for 32 years as music partner to songwriter Neal Gladstone in our original 7-piece band. His writing includes lots of comedy covering all kinds of genres, which was a blast. (Had to stop in 2012 because of his illness). I also have sung and recorded a lot with blues duo Dave Plaehn and Jeff Hino over the years. And I was lead singer for a swing band for four years, finally learning the standards. I'm very experienced both on stage and in the studio and love to record. I can sing lead or back up. I'm in the mood to do mostly great back-up harmonies and not hold the spotlight too much for a while. I'm a quick study, can create harmonies, and generally come very prepared for rehearsals. I love good humor, good preparation, camaraderie, and being totally into the music with heart and soul.
