ABOUT

I consider myself an average picker and after turning music into a job for years I lost my love of playing and I hung it up. A friend coaxed me into playing again by sending me a new Les Paul and a New American Telecaster in order to get me interested in playing music again. So after several decades of not picking up a guitar I began playing again and I enjoy it now. I also started building custom Strats for a hobby.

Influences

Both good guitar players and not so good guitar players. Even a mediocre guitar picker can come up with a riff from time to time that will impress me. The beauty of music is that it is not a contest between musicians. All music being subject to the interpretation of the listener insures that there is no best guitar player. Therefore who's the best guitar player polls suck.

Members Of Band

I record with various musicians but mostly musicians I have jammed or gigged with on occasion. If I like a song I might even ask to play on it or arrange it. I record on a DAW for the fun of it. The Siouxland Musical History Museum has uploaded some of my recordings. If curious Google
