Castillo formed in the spring of 2007 in Huntley, IL. What was originally a group of high school friends getting together to compete at the school's Battle of the Bands has turned into a mission to bring rock and roll back to what it used to be.
Like many, we too long for the days where rock ruled the music scene. Days where The Bealtes, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, KISS, and many others were at the
peak of their success and rock and roll was at the height of its popularity. Since we can't go back in time, we aim to take those days to you by bringing old songs back to life and creating new ones that shadow the style of our rock and roll ancestors. With catchy guitar riffs and choruses, a rhythm section that cannot be beat, a great stage act, and a passion for music like no other, we promise to give this generation the rock and roll that they deserve. We appreciate any and all support from our fans, and we hope to reach many with our music. In the words of AC/DC, " Rock and roll ain't noise pollution; rock and roll ain't gonna die!
