I am just being able to play again after heavy computer usage caused hand issues. I have been playing guitar, singing, writing, arranging and producing for over 20 years. I studied classical guitar, jazz guitar and music theory at Peabody. I want to put together an original funk/jam band with emphasis on songs and arrangements and not just mindless noodling. I don't mind doing covers but I change the keys and arrangement to suit my voice and style.
I have also managed professional recording studios and a start-up label and am very knowledgeable about the real music business.

Influences:

Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck to all modern guitarists. I can shred but like to keep it tasteful. I have given demonstrations at music stores displaying speed techniques.
