Founded by Teboho Moeno, Matimba Ya Rimpfumelo is 15 voices who have all suffered losses because of HIV/AIDS and want to fight back. They form Boston’s premier South African ensemble

All proceeds to benefit Izimbali Zesizwe – Flowers of the Nation, an orphan feeding and outreach program in South Africa. Izimbali Zesizwe is sponsored and staffed by the Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated iTEACH program. They provide meals, tutoring, and activities for children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

It takes only $9 to feed one child for a month and all staff is volunteer, but lack of funds and space currently limits the program to 50 children. Funds are needed not only to continue, but ultimately to construct a building that can accommodate more children and provide emergency shelter beds for those most at risk.

Tickets are $5 and sold at the door. This show features three bands,

The Atlantis Music Festival 2006 includes 16 of Atlanta’s best music venues and plays host to the country’s top artists, selected to perform by industry experts. Bill performs his original set, an eclectic mix influenced by silky jazz, raw edgy blues, soulful funk, upbeat pop and the infectious rhythm of Latin and reggae, at Dailey's, a landmark in downtown Atlanta featuring the best live music Atlanta has to offer.

The Atlantis Music Festival includes Atlanta’s best music venues and features the country’s top artists. Bill performs a set of his original songs influenced by silky jazz, raw edgy blues, soulful funk, and upbeat pop at Dailey's, a landmark in downtown Atlanta.

Bill will be performing with percussionist Keita Ogawa and playing many of his originals, prepping for his showcase at the Atlantis Music Festival. This show will also include a mix of cover songs influenced by silky jazz, raw edgy blues, soulful funk, and upbeat pop. The Attic is a spacious room upstairs from Union Street Restaurant in Newton Centre that features bands that have or are pursuing record deals, and many of them even go on to tour nationally. It's got high ceilings, a great stage, a pro sound system, a pool table and a bar with 20 beers on tap. There's also a great menu served right up until 11:45pm every night. This show is part of their acoustic concert series. This is a 21+ show, tickets are $6.00 and sold at the door, doors open at 6:00, the show will begin at 6:30.
