ABOUT

I just moved to portland and I'm looking for some good people/musicians to wail with. I mostly play jazz on da drums but i'll play anything if it grooves right. I Play acoustic/electric bass and piano too! and dabble with banjo and trumpet but am no virtuoso. I like to sing also

Influences

As far as drummers go I'd say Brian Blade, Eric Harland, Elvin Jones, Ari Hoenig, Tony Williams, Thomas Pridgen, Steve Jordan and too many others. Musicwise I'd say Anything that has soul somewhere in there.

EQUIPMENT

4 piece gretsch and ludwig kit with some tasty cymbals. I have an upright bass and electric bass but my amp is a little squier practice amp:(. Fender Rhodes piano, two awesome casio keyboards from the 80's, banjo.
