ABOUT
I'll call myself a hobbyist musician, but since I do get paid for it, I suppose that makes me a professional musician. Sax was my first instrument, but bass and guitar are probably my strongest. I love to sing (especially finding a good harmony.)
Additionally, I provide Sound Reinforcement for local bands and can handle small to semi-large gigs for up to 6 or 7 member bands (potentially less if it's a gig that needs a full drum mic setup.)

Influences
Queen (Freddy specifically), Blues Brothers (I know they're all covers, but that's really the sound I dig, and I'm a sucker for horns), any and all classic rock (It's what I grew up on), and I love me some 90's jams

EQUIPMENT
Guitar: Fender Strat (American), Fender Jaguar (Japanese), Taylor mini, Ibanez acoustic (great beater with a decent live sound), I have a handful of amps, but generally go direct whenever I can, POD HD500X
Bass: Fender Dimension (pretty cool 4 string), Squire J Bass (trusty 5-string), Bronco Bass (I wouldn't play out with it, but it's lightweight and ideal for practices), Trace Elliot ELF (ok, so it's technically a Peavey, but it's a good, lightweight, go-to when I can let the FOH handle the reinforcement), Custom made 4x10 (built it to handle the low B of the 5-string), Mark Bass 600 Watt Head, and a variety of other amps and cabs that don't get used too much
Sax: 1923 Buescher C Melody, 1960's Selmer Paris Mark VI Alto, King Super 20 Tenor, Conn Baritone
Keys: Versatile Midi Rig, Korg 49 Key Controller, Arturia 61 Key Controller, Arturia Interface, Roland FP30-X Stage Piano
Sound Reinforcement: QSC K10.2's, QSC KS118, X Air 18 Mixer, Sennheiser Wireless Mics, plethora of powered monitors and wireless in-ears, variety of drum instrument and vocal mics (sE/Shure/Sennheiser), and a decent lighting rig (it's not going to win any awards, but it'll definitely light up a band and make it feel like a real show)
