I started playing guitar in 1984 for about four years in my teens and didn’t keep up with it. I started playing again three years ago, and with all the access to info on the internet, I have been practicing every day, a few. hours or so a day. Strong rythm guitar skills- working on improving my lead guitar/singing skills. Looking for a drummer, singer/backup singer, bassist, co rythm guitar and lead guitarist. Looking to practice as many times a week as can be accomplished 1or2.
I can host in my garage or living room depending on smoking (420 friendly) Let’s get together, play some music, have some fun. Not looking for experts or prima Donnas. I’m as easy going as can be. Just want to get together with fellow musicians, share some songs, practice, maybe play a backyard party in a few months or who knows…Or we can just piss off my neighbors by blasting the tunes. Looking grow together.

Influences
CCR, Lynard Skynard, Chris Stapleton, Waylon, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Bad Company, AC/DC, also all the grunge bands and 80’s metal, anything that has a cool hook. Some songs I like play/sing while on acoustic:
CCR:Born on the Bayou,
-Lookin out my backdoor
-Bad Moon on the Rise
Midnight Special
Led Zeppelin: Hey Hey What Can I Do?
Hank Williams Jr. Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound, Family Tradition, Outlaw Women
Blind Melon: No Rain
Free: All Right Now
Neil Diamond: Girl, You’ll be a Woman soon
Bad Company: Can’t Get Enough,
Shooting Star
Bob Seger: Turn the Page
Brantley Gilbert:Country must be countrywide
Chris Stapleton: Might as well get stoneed.
Nirvana unplugged: Jesus Don’t Want me for a Sunbeam
Other simple 3-5 cord singalong versions of popular rock songs. I like anything from AC/DC-ZZ-Top and a little bit outlaw country blues sh*t.
Oh and one more thing; when it comes to singing in front of people, I get stage fright, so I may have to get out of my comfort zone. I admit my voice is a work in progress.
