BIOGRAPHY:
Greetings! Delving into the realms of metaphysics and cymatics, I weave healing creations. Through my journey, I employ various methods, embracing frequencies, sigils, and intentional lyrics to craft meaningful works.

Why "Bithig"?

Bithig comes from Buddug, the Welsh rendition of Boudica, the fierce Iceni tribal leader who stood against the Romans at the cusp of the millennium. Translating to "win queen" as Buddug Brenhines, it carries a legacy of strength and victory.

And, of course, there's the familial tie to Wales. Just a casual nod to roots that run deep.

DESCRIPTION:
My primary focus revolves around the gentle art of sound healing. Crafting music adorned with specific frequencies, some subtly hidden within the melodies, I aim to facilitate the release of tension and stagnant energy within the etheric body. Rooted in the study of cymatics, this musical journey becomes a catalyst for heightened awareness, particularly when accompanied by practices like yoga or dance.

ABOUT SPIRITUAL ALCHEMY:
Let's explore the ancient philosophy of spiritual alchemy together, a metaphorical journey likened to transforming metals into gold for the attainment of spiritual enlightenment. The noble pursuit involves seeking contentment, harmony, and heightened awareness by liberating one's essence from the confines of the acquired personality. This persona, holding beliefs, concepts, opinions, wounds, fears, and phobias, represents the inauthentic aspects of oneself. The symbolic transmutation of lead into gold mirrors the profound process of self-actualization and spiritual rebirth.
