Anyway, my name is Clayton Dodd and I play guitar, Bass, passable keyboards and I sing. I'm 50-ish, semi-retired, have an empty nest and ache to get back to playing music for a living (before I need a walker!).
I played professionally in the mid-west for 20 years before doing a 5-year stint in the Army Band. Since moving to Louisville, I've done an 8-year stint in the law enforcement band StreetHeat.
I am sending this to network around. I'm not wanting to replace anybody; I'd just like to play with some professionals again. I know a lot of the standard repertoire and am not afraid of 'winging it'.
