I started playing guitar when I was 15 and played pretty much all the time til I was 32. I've been in a band for a while, played rhythm guitar, hard rock. But my love is for metal. I can't get enough of it. Back in the day people used to say listening to me play was like listening to the actual song on tape or cd. I focused on making music that sounded clean, crisp, exactly like the recorded music I was covering.
I'm picking back up now. I have gear, I'm rusty but in time I'll get back to where I was in skill. Right now I just want to play with others. Nothing serious, but I want to play. And I have LOADS of time on my hands.
