Been working on a project for a while. I've had trouble with it's identity but have been inspired lately to finally make choices and move forward. I love the "folk" song, in the true sense of the word. A unique melody with poetic or poignant lyrics that can stand the test of time. I'd rather have songs of mine be famous than myself be famous.
I also enjoy abstract, psychedelic approaches to song structure.
My ideal situation would be to have a band where more than one of the members contributes strong songs and lead vocals. A cohesive vision, but an individuality to the songs that create a dynamic result, similar to the Beatles, etc.
