ABOUT

Amateur home studio, looking for players that just enjoy writing and recording for self publishing. Not interest in playing shows or touring at this time. Looking for creative partners. NO ROCK STARS PLEASE!!!! Would also be interested in recording demos for any songwriters of any genre. Good practice for me.

EQUIPMENT

I have some outboard gear - dual band compressor, a couple different preamps, multieffects processor , graphic eq, sonic maximizer, a couple of different interfaces, 2 di boxes (one is an amp modeler), one cheap condenser mic and one dynamic, Simmons sd300 electronic drum kit, Marshall mg30dfx amp combo, epiphone les Paul studio deluxe, Yamaha bass (a versatile work horse). I run Mixcraft 8 pro for my DAW (very good for writing but also capable of really great mixes). I also have Reaper and Studio one 4 as alternate DAW software. I'm a song writer and an arranger (not and engineer) so I find ProTools ro be less than useful.
