About
My name is Chris, I am 30 and hail from Davison, MI. I was the singer for JETTARED and AVENUE SKY. I have been part of the music biz for over a decade now and have seen from the front lines how messed up the whole biz truly is. BUT music is a passion of mine, always has been and regardless of how crooked it is, its all i got. I was living in Auburn Hills but now that I've moved back to the Flint area, I've been looking to get into a band or start something up, either vocals, guitar or bass. I've been singing my whole life and if you know any of my past work, you know what i can do. I've been playing guitar/bass for 17yrs and have gear for both but the past decade I've strictly sung but it doesn't mean in any way that i wouldn't want to throw down:) My spectrum of music swings from both sides of the pendulum being that i grew up on bands like The Ramones, Minor Threat etc all the way to Bjork and Aphex twin. As far as what type of music i want to get into is hard to say because i enjoy to sing/play any style, but i am open to whatever is needed if it be hip hop/punk/hardcore/metal/electronic/ambient etc etc. I just want to get back to creating music, its been way TOO long.
