Been playing in various cover bands for the past 20 plus years. The song lists were from Classic Rock to Oldies, Classic Country, Current Country Rock, etc. - including some old time gigs with a concertina band.
Looking to put together a 3 piece full variety band. I can bring the drums, PA, Lights, bookings, and can sing on a couple tunes maybe. I'm looking for singers that play bass, guitar, keys, etc.
Goal is to play songs with high energy that people enjoy getting out and dancing to, flexible to call songs on the fly, consistently adding new/different songs to the mix and to be flexible to play an "acoustic" setting or a full power electric gig. Song list could have everything from Polkas to current Pop tunes and anything/everything in between - it's all about getting people off their chair and on the dance floor, and hopefully without always playing the "standards".
