I have been playing for 9 years. I have a car. I can play in time. I know my scales and chords. I know how to use them in improv and to learn songs. My specialty is lead playing, but i’m a team player and don’t mind just holding down a song. Weaknesses: I can’t read music and am not classically trained. Strengths: I have a decent knowledge of music theory and I can apply it accordingly. I can play fast solos or just strum slowly - whatever the song calls for. I haven’t played live extensively, but I’ve played in front of a crowd enough times at gigs and open mics, and i’m not shy about getting on stage. I am more than happy to send a sample of my playing. (Requests for samples are appreciated because I want to know what skill you’re trying to evaluate.)
