ABOUT

We are an Irish folk/traditional group that plays pub songs, sea shanties, rebel songs, jigs, reels and other songs/tunes. In August 2012 we released our debut CD entitled "Don't Stop 'til the Ship Goes Down." It's a mix of Irish drinking songs & sea shanties and jigs&reels.
Our current lineup consists of:
Charlie Coughlin on fiddle,
Bill Lewis on guitar & vocals,
Matt Sperber on bass, guitar, harmonica, melodica & vocals,
Peter Zalocha on banjo, tenor banjo, guitar, & mandolin.,
and Liam Caulfield on bouzouki, mandolin, bodhran, spoons, tin whistle & vocals.

We are constantly on the lookout for a FIDDLE PLAYER or UILLEANN PIPER. The overall feel we're trying for is a Planxty & Bothy Band meets the Clancy Brothers/Tommy Makem and had a party with the Dubliners in a pub owned by the Wolfe Tones, which is frequented by members of the Beatles and Pink Floyd.
We're moderately busy in the Buffalo area (abt 40 gigs/year) including gigs at both the 2011 & 2012 South Buffalo Irish Feis and Expo AND the 2012 Buffalo Irish Festival, and we're looking to branch out regionally withing the next year or so.
