I'm an energetic player just starting to unlock the depths of my musicality on bass guitar. I wish I discovered this instrument so much earlier in my life because I feel like I was made to play it. Looking to push and stretch other peoples' music to its full potential.
So far I've spent 9 years playing violin, 3 years playing tabla, 1 year playing trumpet, and 1 year playing bass. On bass I have received dedicated instruction with a teacher in the UK, have decent technical chops, and can read and sightread sheet music as well as tablature. I don't have prior experience with a band on bass, but I've played in many ensembles and performances in the past when I played violin and tabla.
