I've done a lot of home recording and have written over 250 songs. I have this weird gift/curse of being able to write a song in five minutes but then later cannot remember the song I wrote. I get songs in my sleep, wake up, and grab a guitar only to find out that the melody, chords, bridge, and lead are exactly like I had in the dream, so I play it.
