Moved to Dallas area (Rockwall) last year and getting the itch to play again. Played bass in about every genre of Rock over the years. 25 years’ experience playing in cover bands, original bands and mix in between. Looking for band/musicians of similar experience, mindset and priority/balance of band life and family/work life.
Open to most anything that falls under the Rock definition as long as we can do it well and the audience likes it. I am easy to work with, show up prepared, learn songs quickly, and expect the same of musicians I work with.
I do have limitations in time available due to job and family commitments. Ideal arrangement for me would be band of musicians that have served their time as weekend club warriors in years past, now have life priorities and yet still feel the pull of the stage and are looking for a schedule of playing out once a month or so, playing covers and originals.
