I'm a long-time ish-competent amateur looking for same &or somewhat more experienced (but patient/tolerant) musicians to play & learn songs with; would like to play in a cover band (or Talking Heads / David Byrne tribute band) at some point.
My competencies in descending order are: hand percussion (usually djembe), drums, vocalist, rhythm guitar, bass (can improvise decently well on 1st 2 only; for last 3 I need a bit of prep).
I have very little, if any, musical ego & would prefer a group that's willing to swap or rotate roles on occasion.
