I'm interested in doing original music and original remakes of public domain music. I love the sound of heavy metal guitars and the epic nature of metal, but I dislike the concept of "genre" and seek to transcend it. In the end, I write what I write and I'm looking for musicians who have distinct styles but simultaneously yield to one another so that each individual part has a more whole sound.

Influences
I listen to many different types of music--classical, opera, lounge, folk, metal, et cetera, but I don't waste my time with the mediocrity that gets played on the radio. I listen to Queensryche, ManOwaR, Savatage, Stratovarius, Frank Sinatra, Gordon Lightfoot, Harry Chapin, Purcell, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Wagner, just to name some of my favorites.
EQUIPMENT
I have electric guitars and amps, but I'm not interested in being a full-time guitar player and actually prefer to play my acoustic-electric guitar most often. I have a couple of high-end mics, and a small PA system for my acoustic shows. I have no wireless gear and use all Monster Cables.
