So here's the deal. I want to create something danceable and spooky - something heavy and melodic, but atmospheric. But something with a hook.
I'm a versatile female vocalist in the Boston area - when I say "versatile," I mean that I don't necessarily classify myself by one sound. I have many, and I like to experiment. I play some piano, and I write, but ideally I'm looking for some solid instrumentation and/or beats that I can lay some sweet vocal tracks over.
Check out the influences for a better idea of what exactly I am looking for in the sound. If it starts as a studio project, that's absolutely fine. I'm involved with other projects too, but I'm looking to expose my darker side.
Keep in mind that I am literally building this from the bottom up and that it will take some time to get it off the ground. Please have some form of reliable transportation, whether you drive, someone drives you or you borrow someone's car. If you have access to the T, I can arrange pick-up.
