ABOUT

I’m a soulful, sophisticated Jazz Vocalist new to ATL. seeking to create a solid sextet for recordings and gigs. Performing original music along with Latin and Jazz standards with an R&B twist. Seeking artists who can commit to one to two months of serious work. No egos, no BS, just bring your love of music and the desire for creating magic.

At this time my primary need is for the following musicians:

Pianist: should be able to play well and should have a fluent knowledge of jazz chord progressions. Would be fun if you also play organ or electric piano.

Drummer: should have great timing, able to play quite fast and solo.

Bassist: be able to provide a good solid foundation over which to play. Able to play both double bass and electric bass.

Ella Fitzgerald, Diane Schuur, Sarah Vaughn, Dianne Reeves
Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, Louis Armstrong, Dizzy Gillespie,
Ledisi, Lalah Hathaway, Natalie Cole, Chaka Khan.
