Progressive synth-doom band seeks a forward-thinking drummer with e-drums / v-drums / pads and ability to trigger loops, tracks, ambient sounds, etc. A non-traditional setup would be cool, just needs to be professional sounding/looking/smelling.
There are odd time signatures and fast double bass and blast beats, occasionally -- it's not all up in it like that noodly tech-death stuff your cousin Darren listens to, but you need to have the technical wherewithal and stamina to pull such things off.
This is a you-joining-the-band situation. If you're looking for a steady money gig you should be looking at cruise ships and casinos but also realize that's probably not happening for at least another 6-8 months.
Oh and there's some mild Satanism but no animal sacrifices or anything. Carrots maybe.
