Influences
Absolutly love metal riffs, such as Raining Blood, Jesus saves; but, also, grooves like the ones presented on the Door's album "Strange Days." Know Kirt Hammet's style backwards and forwards. But love the simple, straight-forward Iomi style. If I had to pick a style of songwritting, it would be similar to Soundgarden's Superunkown.
EQUIPMENT
Peavey Detenator, 24 fret; Ibaniz classic rock guitar; Mandolyn; Taylor 12-string/electric. Marshal full-stack (The 350 hybrid solid state). Have distortion pedals, but those are just for fun. I only use amp distortion and a Wah, though a lot of spring reverb in my leads. We have a P.A.! and a small room to reherse in.
