If doing covers, looking for a dedicated set of players looking to put the time in to replicate the songs as the original artist did them to impress the crowd and fellow musicians. If doing originals, being able to produce noteworthy material that will be accepted by the paying customers (not songs that only you think are fantastic because you wrote it).
