I am a self taught drummer. I am very good and when I am home I practice everyday for 1-3 hours. I attend college in Vermont. I am looking mostly for a local band at home in poughkeepsie but am willing to commute to NYC. I wish to play professionally but right now am getting a degree to fall back on. Right now I intend to just play for the summer, however after I graduate after next year I will hopefully be a full time musician. I am very serious about playing but have no problem in playing with a less serious band to get my feet wet. I would really like to make origional songs and not just covers.

Influences:

Rush. They have the best drummer and that is mostly what I play. I do mostly classic rock with some heavy metal, but even enjoy playing to Santana and even funk. Not a fan of modern rock but can tolerate it if it is a paying gig.
