ABOUT

Been playing on and off for about 16 years as of recently (november) decided to really dedicate myself and invest in some solid equipment. I've put a lot of jam time in both solo and other people which i have benefited from extremely. I'm all self taught and have a pretty good knack for laying down solid playing over other instruments. I come up with numerous amounts of material that could easily make up countless songs and its getting to the point where i'd like to possibly find some potential use for it all. I'm really only interested in playing metal because that's mostly what i listen to. Honestly the best way to get a depiction of my guitar playing capabilities would be for me to send you one of my recordings, it'll be as studio quality as possible (scarlet solo, using pro tools) and you can judge for yourself, or if you prefer send me one of your pieces and i'll learn it, record it and send it back. For the most part im pretty good at picking stuff up by ear but on the rare occasion...(and id hate to have to ask this) id might need the tabs. It's come to the point where i've outgrown most of playing levels of some jam spaces i usually go to and my best outlet for all my ability and creativity is writing stuff from scratch, fine tuning the hell out of it then recording it as a reference for a later point. I'd like to put my talents to good use and see what my true potential is to be honest. Any tracks i would be expected to learn and play i would take on full head to make sure the band sounded as tight as possible as soon as possible. I don't like whole idea of having to evaluate yourself as a player....you either come off as a novice or a douche bag....best i can offer you is to let my playing speak for itself....
