Dumayla is a newly formed Jamie Carnes project which mixes Acoustic radio rock with a heavy hitting blues/metal influenced lead section. Jamie Carnes leads the group with early 90's influenced vocals and a driving but radio friendly acoustic sound. Adam Schleman brings his blues influence and mixes his heavy riffs over Jamies hooks. The newest member is young Zach Harris. A 21 year old drummer that brings to the table a very technical drum style to open up the doors to the tendencies for onstage improv and jamming that Jamie and Adam both thrive on. Lastly, Dumayla comes from an African tribal phrase that means "Greets with fire"
