I'm a classically trained singer, with a versatile and dynamic voice. I'm interested in songwriting collaborations, fronting a band, or just about anything that will let me make some music. I have a few ideas swirling around in my head that I would love to be able to share with the right connection. I'm a dedicated artist and an entrepreneurial oriented, hard working individual. I'm seeking musical collaborations that are spirited and meaningful, fun and awesome, just all around badass creations stemming from a common intention. I have a bachelor's in music, so I definitely know how to play by the rules. I'm particularly interesting in finding a stimulating way to break them. I'm a sponge. Teach me what you know. Anything from the Great American Songbook, Sarah Vaughan, Erykah Badu, Fleetwood Mac, Fleet Foxes, Miike Snow, classic country...Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, anything that I can dance to!, Prince, 90's hip hop and r&b, Florence and the Machine, The Wailing Jennys, Smokey Robinson, Mazzy Star, Tears for Fears, No Doubt, ....should I keep going? SBTRKT, The Supremes, Esperanza Spaulding, Lykke Li, anything that captures human struggle, Jason Robert Brown Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Ronettes, Amy Winehouse, Glen Hansard......I'm all over the place.
