“DyeVerse” born as Nate Colgain hailing from the great city of Sin Las Vegas, and has been making music his entire life. At the age of 5 he displayed a natural attraction to percussion beating on everything that could make a sound. His father, Daniel helped channel this by teaching him the basics of drumming. He started playing the drums at 8 but naturally progressed into various instruments as he got older. Born into the birth of hip hop, DyeVerse immediately fell in love with the genre and started beat boxing and free styling with friends. Growing up in the worse parts of Las Vegas gave DyeVerse an instant connection with Hip Hop and the streets. DyeVerse has been involved in many aspects of music production from having a locally successful funk/alternative band, to taking part in a Hip Hop group that took the scene by storm landing distribution deals and them some. DyeVerse has no problem staying tucked away in his lab making any type of music and sharing it with whoever will listen. All production, mixing, recording and composing is done by himself. Currently he plays Guitar, bass, Drums, and Keys, and uses all his own equipment. So If you like REAL, expressive hip hop, with a style modeled after the old school greats, you just might like what you hear.
