I am a Christian Rock vocalist and drummer. I can play and sing lead at the same time, but timing probably suffers on the drum playing. Singing backup and playing drums together is fine. My preference is to let someone else drum and that allows me to sing exclusively, which has become my passion.

EQUIPMENT
Alesis DM-10 electronic drum kit. I love the versatility this kit has. It's a 6 piece kit. The snare and 4 toms have sound capable rims. This makes it so easy to add rimshot, cowbell, woodblock, and triangle sounds to the rims. I always have people say, "Well, it's not a real kit". Then, I say, "I know, that's why I like it better. I can play 100 different sounding kits if I choose to and I can practice without driving the family CRAZY!!!"
