Greetings! My name is David. I am surprised you are reading this! Does anyone read thru all this sh*t? I am a composer with a serious addiction to bass. It started when I was ten. I heard John Paul Jones playing "Lemon Song" on my older brothers boombox. I turned up the bass, closed my eyes, and it changed my life forever.
Experienced, creative, dedicated and reliable. I am a man who loves to make music. Fame, fortune and praise does not interest me. What does interest me? Contributing some fresh, beautiful music to the world, for all time, is what interests me.
05-06-2024, A talented female vocalist and I are currently preparing to make an "album" and possibly form a group. (Not the poet "Dracie" on that song "Imagination" that I uploaded over 10 years ago). Would like to collab with other skilled and creative musicians with similar goals. We could make this album by sending tracks around to muso buddies who live out of state but that is not plan "A". We would prefer to form a group locally so we could play live, plus maybe someone has something to contribute creatively. Could this be you?
The singer should be performing live. She is mid 20s, very presentable, with a clean lovely voice but with soul and great stamina.
Our motivation is mostly our desire to make tasty, grooving music that ourselves and others will enjoy and appreciate. We also want to have some fun playing our stuff live.

A poem by Dracie set to music composed by Funk Dealer Please forgive the random noise as this was recorded on a Zoom Q3 set next to my bass guitar amp with Poetically Speaking Dracie's poem, Imagination is a Wild Thing, playing on my laptop! I was playing a Schecktor-4 electric bass through a Fender 250 Bassman amp and I programmed the drums on a Dr. Rhythm DR-770.
