Been playing off and in since I got a bass at age 13 (30 now). Used to be in a touring hardcore/ old school hardcore band. I don’t mind playing punk or metal either. Playing ska is my dream, but I am afraid my skills aren’t up to the standards of some of the bands I listen to(which is normal I think). I have a crazy job the last 5-6 years so I haven’t had time to be active in music, but now is time. I started practicing last week and me gettin my groove back, but I NEED to play with at least a drummer to have fun.

Influences
Well... started off with punk/hardcore/metal as it is just strumming mostly. After band disbursed I moved into learning slap and jazz (but that’s not what I’m looking to play). If I had to pick an influence I would say saves the day. It’s hardcore with a heavy punk influence. Before hardcore turned into what it is today. It even has some pop-punk influences, which is crazy!

4 string and 6 string SDGR basses and a badass markbass amp for practices. If this ends up with ya playing a show I’ll go pick up a full stack.
