Band to Join, Vocalist, Vocalist - Soprano, Rhythm Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Drums, Violin, Keyboard, Piano, Fiddle, Vocalist - Alto.ABOUT
Update 3/1/2023
Topsy Turvy world ongoing here. I've been tough to pin down, but I am still eager to meet and jam with other musicians! No need for a set direction, it would still be just fun to gather and play. Music is a conversation, and it's a great way to talk. Would love to find players who want to chat at any level.
Now, I'm STILL seeking to form a band that uses traditional folk elements and rock stylings. Think in terms of Fairport Convention or GD. Also think of more contemporary music such as R.E.M., Pinegrove, Tigers Jaw, and some introspective sounds like Sun Kil Moon or Red House Painters. And add your own personal dash to it, there's not a boundary here.
Prefer a strong Female vocalist who can be their OWN sound as unique as they are. Pianist or guitarist to boot?
Also want to jam and meet with others merely to make music. I've got material to work from but can fully improv in a pinch. Glad to help work out arrangements and just in general hang out and let music be the gel.
