I've played with friends and have tried to join a serious band, but have found it difficult to find others who are willing to stay after I take a metronome out. I'm looking for people who at the very least want to practice and gain experience and because I play guitar I find it vital to mention that I can take criticism and I'm not a megalomaniac.
