I am an older, classically trained drummer/percussionist who is looking to find a band or individuals who would like to come together and play/perform music for fun.
I have a day job so I'm not looking to get rich but I would like to get out and play a few times a month.
I have a marimba if there is anyone who would like to have an interesting sound available other than a piano or keyboard. Blends well with basically all instruments and/or voices.

Influences
I enjoy all types of music but would like to play some classic rock or southern rock covers. (I know what you're thinking, "What does a marimba have to do with classic or southern rock?" Honestly, not much...unless you want to do some Jimmy Buffet covers.)
I enjoy jazz, country, classical, funk, alternative/progressive-pretty much anything.
