By age 2, I was singing! Never stopped.
Attend open mic sessions and studio jams often, perform at outdoors venues with guitarist, Firmin Oliveira, as JAZZ BREAK.
Current 2023 - member of the Northshore Traditional Music Society Jazz Group.
Spring, Summer 2021, 2022 - outdoors venues and private parties.
Recorded our first free demo CD in Louisiana - January 2021.

Spring 2019 - sang last 6-months in New Orleans, my birthplace.
Sang with Firmin at a restaurant in Hilo, Hawaii for 10 months until the restaurant closed end of 2018. Sang at an art gallery for Hilo Black and White Night November 2018. Performance feature for Live Aloha program December 2019 at the East Hawaii Cultural Center in Hilo.
Hosted a large party 1994 for a small town and, as a singer and guitarist, formed a band, Abita and the Antiques, in Abita Springs, Louisiana.
Sang in the Lafayette Louisiana Chapter of the Sweet Adelines under the direction of Gwen Bruton, as a clarion lead. I stood in center front position for over a decade throughout the 1970s-1980s with weekly practices and performances, tours, plus extra holiday gigs.
I have the ability to sight-read sheet music and I may very well have perfect pitch. Enjoy playing a variety of musical instruments in accompaniment, including drums, ukulele, guitar, a little bit of harmonica and play around with a piano occasionally. Love to sing jazz standards, vintage rock covers, and I accompany guitarist's Hawaiian slack key songs on my ukulele or conga.
