ABOUT

We are a jazz and American Songbook quintet that live mainly in the Rehoboth Beach-Lewes, Delaware area. We have been active for about 2 years.

Band members are: Ed Dawley (upright bass), John Gottdiener (sax & clarinet), Clare Nichols (trombone & vocals), Rob Putt (piano), Paul Galonsky (drums)

We play jazz tunes by Horace Silver, Clark Terry & Bob Brookmeyer, Kai Winding & JJ Johnson, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, among others.

We play American Songbook tunes by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, and others, with a few 1920s classic tunes thrown in.
