ABOUT

(VIDEOS BELOW from the studios at Shabby Road. Mirrored - I'm right-handed.)

New classic rock/blues/funk/soul band Beantown Rockers seeks a keyboardist. We have rehearsal space in Burlington, MA.. NOTE We're looking for people in the area who can conveniently (35-45 minute commute) get to either of those locations for rehearsal.

We plan to have band practice once/week but expect people to practice at home and be ready to rock when we're together. We plan to get out on the circuit by spring 2024 and are already researching venues. This is not a wedding band or entirely a dance band. Some gigs might be dance parties, some might just be where people want to dance to a few and listen to a few. There are no endless jams, just good, timeless music.

Concentrating on the 60s, 70s but good 80s, and 90s music is not out of the question. Our master song list is below but we are open to input as fits this genre We'll pay for rehearsal space for auditions but if you join the band you'd help foot the bill ($20 or so per week) for rehearsal space. How often would we like to gig? A couple of times/month. No touring involved. This is a side hustle. That said, we're committed and we all have solid work ethics but also good work/life balance.

Here's a sample list of what we might do. The ones with an asterisk we know pretty well and could do right now.
