Little background:
I'm the former lead vocalist of the band Mars hill. Our debut CD was produced by Stryper frontman Michael Sweet. I also recorded an album in a project called Action which was released on Frontiers Recs.
I'm currently recording my solo debut and will try and venture out as a solo artist. I'm looking to put a good band together in the near future for the purpose of helping to promote the album and my music. Looking to play churches, clubs, coffee houses and bigger venues. The music is a mixed blend of influences like the Foo Fighters, The Police, King's X, U2, Incubus, Journey, Lenny K. and more......
I'm specifically looking for a "seasoned" Lead / Rhythm guitarist able to carry the load. More importantly you must be a committed church going believer. Someone "bad to the bone" on the guitar but "saved to the bone" as well. I have a great drummer, bass player and a possible keyboardist. Seasoned guys who are enthused about my music and want to help me get it out there and are committed. No major commitment at this time however, gonna take it slow. I need a guy who I can call on and will be able to commit to rehearsals and performances as the opportunities arise. Not making any promises or guarantees either! Commitments, opportunities, money etc… could come as the demand increases but for now I just need a guy who wants to be part of the team and get out and play some good music and assist me with your gift.We'll take it from there and see where it goes!
