I love music and play a fusion of several different genres. I have a lot of energy when I play and I definitely have to get into the music when I play for people. I can play and sing simultaneously and I love to harmonize. I play acoustic guitar in a lot of different open tunings (similar style to Michael Hedges). I play bass (finger style and slap) and can lay down a bass groove for nearly any kind of music. I can play blues/rock lead guitar fairly well (nothing insane). I play claw hammer banjo as well. I am best at making syncopated rhythm and atmospheric effects.
I know very little about music theory but I can figure out what compliments a song by ear. I am very experimental, I try to make music that sounds different than anything before. I am looking for like-minded individuals to jam with, regardless of the potential for making a band.

Michael Hedges, Don Ross, Mississippi John Hurt, Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, Les Claypool, Victor Wooten, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report, The Headhunters, old school funk (Funkadelic, The Meters, James Brown, Sly and The Family Stone, Parliament, BOOTSY! etc), classic metal (Sabbath, Metallica, Slayer etc). Classic rock like The Who, Zeppelin, Janis Joplin (all that great stuff from the 60's/70's).

5 String Acoustic Bass, classical guitar, acoustic guitar, 5 String electric Jazz Bass, two four string electric basses, several electric guitars, 4 guitar amps, 400 watt bass stack, way too many pedals (including a Boss DD-8 that I am quite adept at making loops with), SM-57 Beta mic, E-bow.
