Hello everyone, I hope all is in a good way with you.

I'm looking for a FEMALE ONLY singer/guitarist who can also play different types of percussion (and any other instrument as well if possible) to form a modern Norse/Viking (Nordic Folk Ambient) style music duo.

If you're like me and already have a main project, this could be the perfect side project for you to escape everything and walk into a new realm for a while.

For now, we would be doing all cover songs but in our own way. Learning, perfecting, eventually performing on stage, and having fun. No pressure, or deadlines. Something totally different than what you're doing. Even if you have nothing going on, I'd still like to hear from you as well.

I'm looking for a certain look (see the last image to the left for referance) and sound, the perfect sound so please listen to the songs in the videos and Again,... FEMALE ONLY!!!

Keep in mind that, while I really like the songs I'm sharing here, this doesn't mean we have to do them. These are here as an example of the style of music I'd like to cover and eventually write our own songs.

I'd like to figure out how to sing most of these styles in English if possible or, we can find songs that are in English. I just want us to sound bad a** like these songs while we perform.

If you have Norse blood (Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and so on), even if just a little, the music is already inside you.

Just a few things I ask of you.

~ Have your own gear.
~ Be friendly and outgoing.
~ Be into wearing leather, feathers, furs, shieldmaiden style garb (fully clothed), or long flowy outfits during shows. See videos for example.
~ Be relaxed and truly enjoy playing and performing music.
~ Don't take everything too seriously.
~ Be able to follow and keep in time with minus mixes.
~ Be able to improvise if needed.
~ NO Drugs,
~ NO Smokers of any kind.
~ NO Slobbering drunks (drinking is ok, but your music should be more important than your drink).
~ NO Attitude.
~ NO Hate.
~ NO Pirate crap.

A little about me.

I am of Norwegian, Icelandic, Swedish, and Germanic (Norse) blood. I've been playing bass since 1978. I'm not the greatest bass player but I love playing. I've been doing backing vocals off and on and percussion since 1990. I became a multi-instrumentalist in 2015 (guitar, piano, synth) in 2019 I started singing lead vocals.

I am a metalhead of the 80s and while I still love nu and old metal, I also love jazz, classical, new age, world, indie, ambiance, shoegaze, R&B, dark musicals, as well as traditional and modern Norse chanting, and music (to name a few).

Having been on many journeys and accomplished many goals and quests throughout my music carrier but, two of my proudest moments are my two solo albums.
~ The Warmth Of Love & Bass ~ released in 2017
~ The Beautiful Darkness Of A Midnight Snow (A Winter's Tale) ~ released in 2018.

Surprisingly, both solo albums are not metal haha but, I'm very proud of them as they are.

I am the co-founder and co-creator of the music duo,
The Hidden Realm® with an awesome and talented singer/songwriter.

We are a unique Rock/Metal duo with an Operatic Theatrical sound with elements of Mythical, Ambience, Dark Mist, and Storytelling.

We are primarily original music with a handful of cover songs. We released our first EP in November 2020 called ~ Entering Portals ~ (get it? EP ~ Entering Portals? haha) and working on our first full-length album now.
