SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
I started playing in my 1st band in the late 70s as a drummer/vocalist. With nothing mic'd except the vocals, and the big amps they played, very loud I might add, it was too hard to pound the drums and sing lead. So, after trying other instruments, I decided on being a singing bass player. A variety of bands followed without much success. Recently, I've been playing in a band that rarely gigs, which worked fine at that time. I worked 5 to 6 nights a week. Well, I quit that job (long story), and want to be a working musician. I am looking or a band as a drummer or a bass player, and can sing lead, back-up or harmonies. I don't have a huge ego, and am not a drama person (part of the reason I quit the job). I have my own rig, and my own transportation, and have a very flexible work schedule.
